  Introduction

There are many people have explored the Arctic and Antarctic regions of Earth. They unique and had interesting experiences.

 

 

 

 

  The Task

You are to select one of the famous Arctic or Antarctic explorers listed below. Fill out the Explorer Card find out where they were born, grew up and what region of the world they explored.

Process:

1.       Decide which explorer you want to research

2.     Go into Britannica or World Book and do a keyword search using your explorer’s last name. IF you can’t find your explorer, try the other

3.     Open the link to be able to read the entire article.

4.     Look for the information on your Explorer Card.
