Procedure:

1. Collect returned books
2. Ask them to tell you the name of their favorite fairytale
3. Ask them if they know what a folktale is – clarify
4. Read the story of the Butterfly Folktale
5. Ask the what about the story makes it a folktale
6. Have students go into to lab and read the butterfly links

Evaluation:

1. Formal – answers to what makes it a folktale
